The Association holds a number of social events. These include the annual golf day, the annual dinner and a range of walks throughout the year.
Summer Visit – Anderton Boat Lift – Northwich, Cheshire The association has in the past arranged a summer visit and this year Malcolm and Lynne Murray kindly arranged a visit to the Anderton Boat Lift in Cheshire. This year the event was held at Cobble Hall (Leeds) G.C. The weather was cool with gale force winds. The service from the Golf Pro Office, Bar and Caterers was very good throughout the day.
