The latest edition was printed and published in May 2021. Our thanks go to Journal Editor John Bentley for the considerable amount of work he undertook to collate and produce this latest Journal. This is the first time that the Journal has been uploaded to the website.

As the Journal is a lengthy publication, this website powered by ‘WordPress’, will not allow it to be uploaded as one document, so it is split into five sections, all following on from one another. Pages are numbered.
