Annual Church Service

The Leeds Association of Engineers is welcome to join the Parish Priest at Leeds Minster, 2-6 Kirkgate, Leeds LS2 7DJ, for the Annual Sunday service at 10.00 am for 10.30 am on Sunday 8th May 2022.

We have been unable to arrange the annual service for the last couple of years due to the Coronavirus Pandemic so please make an effort to attend this year and show appreciation for the long standing connection of the association with the church.

A special plaque was presented to Leeds Minster to commemorate our 150 year association with the church. The plaque is permanently mounted in the church as a reminder for future generations of the association. Come along and inspect the commemorative plaque after the service…..

Our president, by tradition, reads one of the lessons, so do try to give your support. The Parish Priest welcomes members, their families and friends of all denominations to join this service during which the Leeds Association of Engineers will be mentioned in the notices.

The music in this beautiful church is always delightful, and following the service we have traditionally arranged to meet for Sunday lunch at a nearby hostelry, ‘The Palace’ Inn‘. We look forward to you accompanying us…
