A lecture by Ian Mearns

Ian works in the engineering department of Caterpillar Trucks in Peterlee, where machines are designed and manufactured.  He will tell us about the history of the ‘Beasts’, and provide insight into the engineering requirements and challenges.  This talk will be the next best thing to driving one !
