We start the evening with our Annual General Meeting at which members can vote for officers to run the association and vote their approval of the annual accounts etc. After a two year period in office it is time to elect a new President and other members of council. This is your opportunity as members to voice your opinions and ask questions of the council. Guests are welcome at the AGM and following lecture but only paid up members of the association may cast votes.
At the AGM the President will ask for the members’ approval of the minutes of the last AGM which was held on the 10th April 2014.

After the short AGM we have the Presidential Address. It is the tradition for the outgoing President to address the members on any subject that they choose. Tonight your President, Andrew Kibler, has entitled his talk “The Master Model”. What could that entail ???
Come along for the AGM and to hear Andrew’s talk. As is the custom we will retire afterwards to a local hostelry to toast the incoming and outgoing Presidents…
