Access to Drax Power Station is by the South Entrance accessed from the A645.
A sign on the A645 indicates “South Entrance – Visitors and Staff“.
Parking is available on the site for visitors.
If approaching from the Leeds area:-
(1) Take the A63 to ‘The Wishingwell Roundabout’ and take Bawtry Road (A1041 South) to Camblesforth where you take a left turn on the A645 to Drax Power Station.
or
(2) If approaching on the M62 turn off at Junction 36 (Goole turn off) and take the A614 north and then at the third roundabout turn right on to the A645 up to Drax Power Station.
