As we approach the end of the 2018-2019 session there are still three events for you to enjoy:-
On Thursday 20th June we have our Solstice Walk and Supper. This year we will be joined by members of the Keighley Association of Engineers in a joint meeting. In addition to a Pie & Peas supper (booking required) there will be a Quiz with teams from Leeds and Keighley. So come along for a pleasant stroll and some refreshments and fun afterwards. Our Hon. Golf Secretary has arranged the Golf Tournament to be held this year at Leeds Cobble Hall on Tuesday 2nd July when once again members will be playing for the Braime Trophy. Non-golfers are welcome at the evening dinner. Click here to see the Golf page:- Golf Tournament
We have been invited on an evening ‘Summer Visit’ to the British Steel Steelworks in Scunthorpe by Bernard Wordsworth who came to lecture to us during this last session.
